The Urban Coastal : Downtown Saugatuck - Cozy Condo with Lakeside Views

Perfect location in downtown Saugatuck!! We absolutely loved our stay here. We traveled with 2 adults, 2 kids and our miniature dachshund puppy! It was the perfect size for our family. The bed upstairs was very comfortable. An air mattress was provided with plenty of extra pillows and linens, however we ended up bringing our own twin size air beds for our kids because we wanted them upstairs with us. Towels were soft and kitchen was perfectly stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. We did not cook during our stay but there were plenty of supplies to do so. Place was clean and nicely kept. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony patio! There was a Farmers market Friday morning right next door to the building which was a fun surprise! The large grassy park right across the street was perfect to bring the puppy out to potty and for the kids to run around and play. This place was walking distance to everything downtown. We loved not having to drive to dinner! We stumbled on a nice playground a few blocks away. Quick drive to the beaches as well! Overall 10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. All of the primary spots downtown are walkable. The parking spot right out front is very convenient as well. The property itself was stocked full of everything you might need if you forgot something. Would recommend.

We had a fun visit to Saugatuck, which is one of our favorite nearby getaways. This apartment is cute and in a great location. It is comfortably appointed. We especially enjoyed the fact that the location is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and that there is a nice view of the river. The upstairs outdoor space was pleasant. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Overall the stay was good - the property is in an excellent location with close proximity to the fantastic downtown. The property was generally clean but it needs some love - a deep clean and minor upgrades.
