Located on Lucy Street in downtown Saugatuck, you will have an assortment of activities at your fingertips. Enjoy a great meal at one of our many dining establishments, take in a show at the local theater, shop at the many cute boutiques, or see how many flavors of ice cream you can taste! There is something for everyone. 

If Lake Michigan is calling your name, Oval Beach and Douglas Beach are both only a 5-7 minute drive away. If you're feeling fit, you could also walk 3 blocks down to the Chain Ferry for a ride across the river and then a 15-minute walk from there to the beach. We also have many hiking options in our area from Mt. Baldhead to the Saugatuck Dunes State Park.

Inside At Ease, which is an upstairs unit requiring a flight of stairs, you'll find an updated retreat to relax at the end of the day.

The main room is an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area is the most spacious with a surround of windows, a Smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The dining space has a cute table for two and the adjacent snack bar has additional seating for two. You also have the option to head out to the balcony where four of you can dine together overlooking the yard, street, and river in the distance. The kitchen is small but offers the basics you'd need for an easy meal at home. 

The queen bedroom is cozy but has plenty of storage space for your things and an AC unit in the summer to keep you cool. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. This space has a shower tub combo for ease of freshening up for the day.

At Ease is the perfect home base to explore all our beautiful community has to offer.

Please Note:
This suite is one of three total units in the same building. Shared spaces and amenities between the neighboring units are the BBQ grill, the fire pit, and the furniture around the fire pit. The balcony is shared with the other upstairs unit, but each unit has its own set of patio furniture for guest use. Please be respectful of other guests staying in the neighboring units by adhering to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
This is an upstairs apartment and a flight of stairs is required for access.
The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a box fan in the living room. If you keep the blinds closed and the bedroom door open, the whole apartment will be cool.
The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.
This apartment is small. The refrigerator and range are apartment-sized. This is a wonderful location to enjoy all town has to offer.
