Located in the heart of Downtown Saugatuck

10/10 - first class amenities and a great set up.

Very clean place. Very spacious. Great location. Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. Issue could not be resolved by property manager as we were told to open the windows which also were painted shut and the few that could open did not have screens. Also the downstairs unit occupants on the first night saw us outside and told us that we were being inconsiderate by walking in the apartment and both units could hear each other’s conversation. I had to explain to the folks that we had a 3 year old and could not control his steps or his voice. On a more positive note, the property manager is very responsive and friendly.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend! The property has everything you need and more! Will definitely be back!

Very clean property and proximity to downtown is convenient. Impressed with all the amenities that are available and did play one of the games. The pull-out couch mattress is VERY uncomfortable and maybe a form egg-crate topper would help or bring your own if you have 4 people staying. For the price point I would have expected more in that department.
