About this villa rental
Just get away from it all in this peaceful, centrally located villa in the center of Playa Blanca.
Villa 3 Palmeras -2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with private pool- is located less than 5 minutes walk from the center of Playa Blanca, with all bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
To enjoy a relaxing holiday, this comfortable villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, garden and terrace with private swimming pool and lots of privacy is exactly what you are looking for.
When you arrive at the villa you can park your (rental) car in the private driveway. You reach the front door via a 2 step staircase.
Upon entering you immediately step into the cosy open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, chair, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs.
There is also a TV with international TV channels and free WIFI.
Through the patio doors you enter the large terrace with sunbeds, table with chairs, parasol, stone built BBQ, outdoor shower and private swimming pool.
The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 ring induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee filter machine and enough glasses, plates and other kitchen utensils.
On the other side of the living room is a small hall with an adjoining master bedroom with a double bed, dresser and built-in wardrobe.
Next to that is the bedroom with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
At the end of the hall is the bathroom, with toilet, washbasin and a walk in shower.
Enjoy the sun or the shade, under the pergola ..... everything is possible in Villa 3 Palmeras.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and tennis court, both of which you can use for free as a guest.
Rental car is not necessary, all facilities in Playa Blanca are within walking distance.
Bus station and taxi is 3 minutes walking distance from the villa.

Absolutely loved this Villa, everything you could possibly need was there. Suzanne was amazing with communication & I’d book it again in a flash! The pool was lovely & temperature was perfect, the outdoor was nice-the 2 padded toppers were a godsend end on the sunbeds as sometimes they can be uncomfortable. The location was perfect & quite central, check in was easy, a possible 5-7 min walk up from bus station fully loaded with suitcases-10-15 to main strip, 15-25 depending on speed to Rubicón or the bus is at the bottom of the road (1.40 each)There was only one electric fan though-which was fine for us as only us one bedroom being used-would need more if second was in use & I think we’d both struggle with no aircon if continually over 29-30 degs I’d book it again, without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks for having us!!

We had a lovely week at this villa. Very close to shops, restaurants, beach. 20 minute walk to the marina. The villa looks better than the photos. Very good communication. Would happily stay again.
