I would recommend this place, very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable! Not far of a walk to the private beach access. Property was taken care, clean, pool area was great!

Our experience was a 10 all the way with the rental company! The rental itself was about an 8!! The biggest issue for me was... no place in kitchen for me to store extra food. All the kitchen cabinets were packed (to capacity) with dishes and lots and lots of bowls and containers. You could have had a party with 20 people and not run out of dishes. You have to remover these units are older and even though the owners have done remodeling there will always be SOMETHING you are missing from your home 😳.

Place was perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Close to everything. Beach was a short walk but it was fine. Check in process was simple. Communication was always open.
The beds were firmer than we personally would like.
We stayed 2 nights, Friday through Sunday. We were woke up both nights by the neighbors. Friday night at 1:30 AM and 5:00 Sunday AM. I’m assuming they were renters as well but I don’t know.

Sad that the building next to the pool did not help provide any shade whatsoever for the pool. The pool water had to be 90 degrees bc the fierce sun was shining down on the pool all day long. I have little children that want to swim in the pool more so than the beach. The waves at the beach were bigger, less calm, than the beach waters where we stayed last year in Sandestin.
Condo was spacious at 900 sq ft. Loved the fully stocked kitchen. Minor repairs are needed. Many Teflon coated pans were severely scratched and unusable.
