St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 423 is only a short walk to the beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll down a private beach path! This 3BR/2BA, fully updated condo boasts new flooring, new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large balcony overlooking the pool, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king bed in the master, full bed in the first guest room, and a full over full bunk bed in the second guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has been recently updated, including a fully re-modeled master bath and new paint throughout. and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Overall the property was great. There were a few chips in paint on walls and furniture and some things that could be touched up, including the sprinkler on the ceiling in the living room was sticking out further. The room sizes were great and the having two full bathrooms was great. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was clean on arrival and check in process was very easy. We received the codes the day of arrival like stated. Liked that there were basic essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that I would say was an issue was the amount of towels and wash clothes there were available for 8 people. We had to do laundry a few times just to have towels available for everyone to be able to take showers. Overall location was great close to a lot of attractions, the Harbor Walk and restaurants. Would recommend the at St Martin Beachwalk Villas and renting with Real Joy Rentals. The communication was spot on with them, whenever I had a question there was always a quick response and they made the process to make the payments easy.
