At home, start the day with coffee on your shady balcony, overlooking the pool and aquamarine waters. Inside, the modern, well-equipped kitchen makes breakfast prep a breeze & the dishwasher makes cleanup even easier. Head to the sand or pool, then come home to relax in the central air-conditioning on the oversized sectional. Break out a board game and visit the shared grilling station for a night in, or step back out to one of many restaurants for dinner. Nice property, close to everything, great view of the ocean and pool

We came the day after Christmas and celebrated New Years Eve in the Destin area. We had a wonderful week. The hot tub and heated pool was so nice with the chilly weather. The condo was great and several restaurants close by. The only input I have is that a few cleaning supplies would have been helpful such as a broom and dust pan to sweep up around the condo during our stay. Thank you for a great week!

Happy with everything. Easy check in, nice unit. Pelican Beach is a great location. This unit fit our needs and expectations. Would be happy to return to this unit.

Overall, we had a nice stay but were disappointed with some aspects of the unit.
Pros: nice location and we were able to use the stairs to come and go, kitchen was well stocked but some of the pans need replaced, plenty of space, balcony was shaded from afternoon on so we could spend time sitting out on it
Cons: no hangers!...could have been cleaner, sofa and rugs desperately need replaced or deep cleaned, dining chair had a broken leg and a couple drawers were broken in the bedroom, the main bedroom could use a new mattress/foam topper as it is badly dipping .
