St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 423 is only a short walk to the beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll down a private beach path! This 3BR/2BA, fully updated condo boasts new flooring, new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large balcony overlooking the pool, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king bed in the master, full bed in the first guest room, and a full over full bunk bed in the second guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has been recently updated, including a fully re-modeled master bath and new paint throughout. and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 423 is close to all the great Destin activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

We loved our stay the condo was nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. The walk to the beach was so easy and not very far the gate on the condo was kinda tricky we had to use the inside code box onxeor twice bc the outside one wouldn't open but that was no biggie.

Had a great stay at St. Martin Villas. Check in was super easy. The place was clean and even better than pictures. Spacious and accommodating for our family. The walk to the water park across the street, eateries and shopping and most important the private access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. My only issue was that the WiFi was very weak and I was attempting to do work while on vacay but unfortunately was not successful. We had issues being able to work and use the master TV because of this as well. But there was so much to do in the area that it wasn’t a huge deal breaker. Will definitely book again soon!

Good location. The kitchen was not stock with pots or pans hardly , I purchased a skillet and left it for future guest .

Kitchen was lacking a few things, overall it was a great experience, close to the gulf beach and many other amenities
