About this house rental
Your ultimate Lakefront Getaway on the renowned Lake Travis! `Lakeshore Haven` is three levels, offering plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out, but large entertaining areas to come together to make those lasting memories!
Great news—lake levels are currently up and the water is ready for all your lake adventures! Whether you want to boat, swim, or just enjoy the view, you’ll find Lake Travis in perfect shape for fun.
There are large decks with ample seating, loungers, hot tub, gas fire pit and a propane grill! With amazing views, a personal boat dock, easy access to the lake, and so much more awaiting, you are sure to leave with unforgettable experiences!
Main Level:
Kitchen - A large kitchen with ample prepping, and cooking space! It is amazingly equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, or mix up a good time- there is even a Margaritaville margarita machine!!
We provide a Keurig, coffee pot, KitchenAid Stand Mixer, blender, crockpot, and more!
Family Room and Dining - Lots of space for gathering together to watch a movie, enjoy the views or eat dinner!
Garage - Access is provided to the garage (no room for parking) where there is an extra refrigerator, deep freezer, and laundry room!
This floor also has a half bathroom.
Top Level:
The Captain`s Quarters with a king-sized bed, TV with Roku, a desk space! We also provide alarm clocks that have a USB charging port.
The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious shower with a large rain shower head, plush white towels, hair dryer and all soap, shampoo, and conditioner is provided.
Gorgeous views of the lake from up here!
Lower Level: There are 3 similar bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds, TVs with Roku, and alarm clocks that double as sound machines!
Additionally, there is a bunk room with a large TV, sofa, popcorn maker, walk-out access to the outdoor deck, and bunk beds with twin over full-sized beds.
This level also has a full bathroom where we have plush white towels, hair dryer, and all soaps, shampoo, and conditioner!
The lower deck is where you`re going to find the Hot Tub, with privacy from any neighbors!! It is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the lake views and sunsets!
Rent a boat or jet ski to play out on the lake, or bring your own with access to the neighborhood boat ramp (lake levels may affect usability). Explore the surrounding areas with a zip-line adventure, a hike of the beautiful Texas countryside, or plan a day trip to nearby Texas Wine Country. With tons of local eateries, you can enjoy some great food and amazing Texas BBQ, or some honky tonk at a local dive bar with live music every night (Poodie`s HIlltop Roadhouse). You can also venture into downtown Austin to see what the state capital is all about with great shopping, parks, entertainment, and nightlife. Gorgeous property! Went here for a small girls trip and the house was perfectly accommodating. Perfect view, great dock on the lake, perfectly sized for a group. We had the best time and Connie was amazing with communication! Thank you so much!

We held a wake at this property and it was perfect for our purposes. We have plenty of space to spread out into so that different small groups could converse comfortably.My only concern was that the dishwasher appeared to have cleaned the dishes but I found the chunk of dishwashing stuff in the front of the bottom of the machine so I am not sure exactly how clean things got. Others assured me it probably sanitized them even without the soap disolving.

We came to visit my father in law who has been battling cancer. We really wanted to get him out of the house but he’s not able to travel far (he lives in Killeen). This home was perfect! The home was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. The view was beautiful, the river was a blast to swim in and it was lovely to watch the wildlife every day. This was just what we needed! I would definitely come again.
