Very clean, close to Bilbao metro station and only 20/30 minutes walk to the center.

Location was really good. super easy access and close to the shopping streets etc.
As for Jacky from the breakfast shift - she was amazing! super helpful and super welcoming.
Wish we had the chance to try their restaurant at night - it looked packed and yummy!
Just expected the staff to be more smiley and pleasant- they're not very welcoming. no one helped us with the luggage.
Expected the room to be more functional - there was no luggage stand - there was no complementary water - although there was a kettle coffee and tea.
Needs some slight renovation in the rooms.
