Upstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which features a versatile king-size bed that can be separated into twins for added flexibility. A modern family bathroom serves the bedrooms, while a convenient downstairs loo adds extra practicality.
Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed, and families will love the dedicated on-site playground within this friendly, family-focused neighbourhood. The popular Brookwood Manor development, built by Bellway Homes approximately 18 years ago, offers a welcoming community atmosphere and a great place to stay.
Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules).
