Summary:
Tucked away in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac, this two-bedroom home is made for kicking off your shoes, putting the kettle on and settling in.
The Space:
Downstairs, the kitchen, dining area and lounge all flow together in one bright open-plan space, so whoever’s cooking doesn’t have to miss out on the conversation — or the argument over what to watch on TV.
Throw open the French doors and you’ve got your own secure private garden, perfect for morning coffees, a glass of something cold when the British weather decides to cooperate, or letting the dog have a good sniff around. Upstairs are two comfy bedrooms, including one with clever zip-link beds that can be arranged as a king or two singles. There’s also a modern family bathroom, and four-legged family members are very welcome to come along for the adventure.
Now, a little word about perfection… this is a home, not a show home. It has been properly lived in, so you might find the odd scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. If you’re expecting velvet ropes around the furniture and walls nobody has ever touched, this probably isn’t the place. What you will find is a stylish, comfortable and practical home with everything you need for a few nights, a few weeks or a few months.
There’s one allocated parking space, plus additional free residential parking nearby, and Brookwood and Woking stations are within easy reach when London is calling. Once your booking is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules. Then you’re all set — unpack the bags, choose your side of the bed, locate the wine glasses and make yourself at home.

For a day of excitement, Thorpe Park is reachable in approximately 25 minutes by car. When it comes to daily essentials, you are well catered for with Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and Co-op Food all conveniently located within the local Knaphill area for your shopping needs.
