The staff of the Riad was absolutely lovely. We had the best experience we could have asked for. They were always available to help out and made us feel at home.
1. It was my sister's bday and her boyfriend wanted to give her a surprise. He called the Riad to ask for them to buy her flowers. Not only they did not charge us anything, but they prepared a little cake with a flower and they even played some Happy Birthday music for her :)
2. We were travelling two girls and they would always make sure we were safe. One day a private driver came to pick us up for a day trip outside of Marrakech and he made sure he talked to the driver before we went on the car and when we got back to the Riad after the day he asked us if everything went well and if we were OK.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn't exactly not like about the Riad nor the experience. We had a very positive one!

staff were friendly and accommodating, the riad itself was so beautiful and clean. We felt very at home and comfortable during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to help us out

breakfast was great
the rooms we were in the toilet door did not close to the frame. and the location of the toliet was next to the bed.
