Welcome to Angel Falls, a beautifully remodeled, pet-friendly riverside retreat nestled above the Rio Ruidoso in the Upper Canyon. This charming property is just a short drive from Ruidoso's Midtown, the racetrack, area lakes, and more. Enjoy stunning mountain views, tall pines, and two levels of decks overlooking the river. The property includes a game room and a private hot tub. Your reservation includes damage protection and access to our services. Rest assured, we are always available whenever you need us!
PROPERTY FEATURES
Parking & Access: Gravel parking area level with the road, easy access. Walkway with 17 steps to the front door.
Main Floor: Entry foyer, eat-in kitchen, open dining and living room with sliding glass doors to the back deck. Primary ensuite left of the foyer.
Game Room: Downstairs with ping pong table, big screen TV, snack station, leather sleeper sofa, books, and games.
Lower Deck: Seating area above the canyon and river, walkway to private hot tub, stone steps to riverside deck with dining table and seating for four.
Primary Ensuite (Main Floor): King bed, wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sink vanity, sliding glass doors to the deck.
Guest Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed, closet, windows with west views.
Guest Bedrooms (Downstairs): Two bedrooms each with queen beds, river views, and closets. Shared full bath with shower/tub combo and dual sink vanity.
Kitchen & Dining:
Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, basic spices, cookware, and more. Propane gas grill on the main level deck.
Dining: Seating for six, sofa table/bar seating for three, two seats at the kitchen peninsula.
Entertainment & Amenities:
Technology: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with streaming and premium cable in living areas and primary ensuite.
Game Room: Ping pong table, big screen TV, wood burning fireplace, snack area, laundry room with washer/dryer and full-size refrigerator.

HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. NO BUBBLE OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
River Rules: For your safety and to protect the environment, swimming and wading in the river are not allowed. Access to the river requires steps. There is NO railing.
Noise Ordinance: observed between 10PM-8AM

Spent a week at this location, which was beautiful, even with the burn scar. Neighbors on both sides lost their homes to the fire.There was daily, all day, noise in the backyard of tractors repairing the river. Once they left, it was wonderfully quiet. The deck table down by the river was a victim of the flood, which we were not told about.The lock didn’t work, so we spent 45 minutes waiting for it to be reset.The oven filled up with smoke when we tried to use it. Apparently there was something spilt in the bottom. The outdoor grill was not the same in the pics and it was NASTY. If we didn’t bring our air fryer with us, we would have been challenged to cook meals.The kitchen breaker tripped twice as well. All of the floors were dirty, our black socks showed us that. The house was not stocked well. Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for each bathroom. We had to wash towels twice during our stay!!Overall it was a beautiful stay, but many things need to be addressed. I did NOT tell the management company because we didn’t want a repair person there. A bit more attention to detail for a vacation home would make this a return stay.

wonderfully maintained home perfect location and amazing views. wild horses dear turkey and elk were all around the property and what a site to see. Loved our stay
