When your family or friends get together for vacation at Midtown Riverfront 4, you’ll make lifelong memories. Step out your front door and you’ll feel far from civilization in a place where deer, elk, turkey and even an occasional bear may stroll past. The reality is that you are within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, art galleries and a coffee shop. Best of all, even your pet is welcome!
Midtown Riverfront 4 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom cabin boasting the rustic charm you’d expect along with all the modern conveniences you need to feel relaxed and well cared for. Your main living room is a perfect place to gather for games, watch TV on the large flat screen, tell stories by the crackling fire or simply sit and gaze out at nature’s splendor through the many large windows. The TV has Netflix plus you have free Wi-Fi within Midtown Riverfront 4 so you can play games, text friends and post photos of your vacation fun. This home also has a new AC for those warmer days.
There are many great restaurants in Ruidoso you’ll want to try. In fact, you won’t have to cook at all unless you want to. However, once you see the beautiful and fully equipped Midtown Riverfront 4 kitchen, you may decide to prepare all your meals at the cabin and enjoy them either outdoors on the covered deck or around the elegant dining table overlooking the forest. You even have a wine refrigerator and a full set of gleaming stainless-steel appliances. Plus, out on the deck you’ll find a large gas grill where you can cook up that trout you’re going to catch or those steaks you picked up at the nearby grocery store.
After dinner, head down to the game room where you’ll find a Ping-Pong table and other amenities to enjoy. It’s fun to have a reunion tournament!
Once the fun of the day is over, you’ll look forward to settling down. Discover four well-appointed bedrooms, three with king-size beds and the 4th is outfitted with two sets twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Best of all, the kids’ room is right separate from the main house where they can horse around without disturbing anyone. Midtown Riverfront 4 also has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. No lugging clothes to the Laundromat for you!
One of the very best things about Midtown Riverfront 4 is its location right on the river. There’s nothing to compare to the relaxation and peace you’ll feel sipping coffee on the deck, watching the river rush by and listening to the forest’s songbirds.

It was everything we expected from online pictures. Rooms are a little too close together but otherwise it’s a great house. Wildlife was good too. Would stay there again.

There was plenty of space for all of our family members. We love the scenic views of the mountains and stream. There were even 15 elk that stopped by for a visit. We used the fireplace a few times and everything was very cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed the stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. There were a number of problems with The amenities that we had to deal with.
Needed Wood for fire at least a pile and charge if used or as a request when registering.
Propane was out and should be full.
Not enough coffee cups. One handle broken and repaired but falling apart.
Not Enough Silverware for the cabin plus a few for cooking uses.
Chair or love seat in the bunk cabin would be helpful.
Mirror by sink in bunk cabin would have been nice.
Extra blankets or throws
TV not working in bunk room
Hot tub not hot or instructions on how to correct. Lid was on
Dishwasher does not clean dishes. The dishes get filmy and have to be washed by hand and drying required scrubbing to get the scum off.
All inconvenient and for the price we paid and how the place is advertised, these things should not happen.
I hope if we try to stay there again, things are better. You can’t beat the location
$$$$
