Nestled in the serene Upper Canyon of Ruidoso, this charming cabin offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, just a short drive from midtown. Surrounded by towering 100-foot ponderosa pines, this cabin was fortunately untouched by recent fires and flooding, making it a lasting favorite among guests.
The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 3 twins, and a sofa bed. It features 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms, including an ensuite with a bidet and a large soaker jacuzzi tub, as well as a spacious tile shower with seating for added comfort.
Ideal for entertaining, the cabin boasts a large chef's kitchen with an island, a washer and dryer, gas furnace, central A/C, and a Roku TV. The game room is a great hangout spot, equipped with ping pong, pool, and foosball tables.
Outdoors, enjoy the covered BBQ area, ample parking, and two large covered decks at the front of the cabin. Please note, there are about 20 steps leading up to the front entrance or 10 steps down from the elevated back entrance. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this cabin is the perfect choice for your Ruidoso stay.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.

We headed to Ruidoso for our Grandbabies Spring Break. We loved this cabin. it was clean and roomy. There was definitely enough space for everyone and in the heart of Ruidoso. We got to enjoy deer coming up to our cabin as well as smelling that beautiful mountain air. We were not far at all from town which was so pleasant with not having to drive much. We will definitely be back.

Nice large place for our extended family. Had a great weekend with my parents, kids and grandkids. Enough room for 4 generations. Minor cleanliness issues (socks and a few misc food items find laying around the property)
