Harbor Lookout is a luxury 3BR upper-level retreat, custom built in 2023 and professionally designed and decorated end to end — high-end fixtures, curated decor, and the fit and finish of a ground-up designer build, not a converted rental. Guests notice the moment they walk in; more than one has told us it feels `like staying at the Four Seasons.` Rare central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, secure garage parking, whole-home music, and a Level 2 EV charger.

Your private rooftop oasis sits above the harbor, the kind of place where morning coffee stretches into starlit evenings with sailboat lights dotting the water below. Enjoy lounge seating under a large articulating shade umbrella, outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, and sunset views over the Balboa Peninsula. After the beach, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower before heading upstairs for dinner, drinks, or a quiet night under the coastal sky.

Absolutely gorgeous! Host was informative and detailed throughout the entire process. Care was taken with every detail on the house. I would 100% recommend and would return again when in the area.

Our family with two teens had so much fun at this location! The property was immaculate and in very good condition. We loved walking all around restaurants, the boardwalk along the ocean, and shops. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return!
