This villa is immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 10,000 sq m park, which is also a public trekking route, orchards, vineyards, and olive groves, in an area used for beekeeping. Situated at just 10 km from the beaches of Versilia, near the beautiful medieval village of Camaiore, this villa is a lovingly restored stone farmhouse with traditional terracotta window screens and a furnished porch, perfect for al-fresco dining, with barbecue and brick wood-burning oven.

On two floors, the villa, 160 sq m, is tastefully furnished with period furniture and valuable paintings. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a flat screen TV, and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (wood-burning oven, American-style fridge-freezer with sparkling water mixer, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven) with access to the porch, and a bathroom with shower. An old stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower enclosure and a hydromassage tub situated under the window so as to enjoy the view over the valley. Also installed in the bathroom are a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The large windows on the ground and first floors offer glimpses and unique views over the Apuan Alps, whilst in the garden sun loungers and, at exclusive use, a hydromassage soft tub for four are also available. Throughout the park are scattered precious stone and bronze statues, and at the back of the house there is a kitchen garden, shared with the other tenants of the park, offering fresh seasonal vegetable in the pick-your-own spirit.
