Floor by spiral staircase: attic bedroom (double bed) with sitting area and 2nd TV, bathroom with shower and bath + wc. Washer dryer. Outdoor space 20m². For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included and the bed is made upon arrival. Cottage classified 3 ears GDF.
