Bellême, the old capital of the Perche, is now a small city of character, full of surprises, that have chosen many antique shops to keep shop. Nearby, the Perche extends its gentle hills, often crowned with forests. Josiane and Joel have free rein to let their imagination to make this workshop a unique cottage, clear and bright facing the morning sun. Their taste for beautiful antiques and objects "tell stories" gave this area a very "vintage" that may surprise. Rest assured: neither beds nor household equipment are provided "vintage"!Former workshop restored in a small private residence in the heart of the Small City of Character Belleme.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2), kitchen, laundry and toilet. Floor: two bedrooms (1 bed 2 people in 180, 2 beds 1 person 90x200), bathroom / shower with WC. Floor heating on the ground floor. private terrace.
Access to the wooded park of 2000m².

Very stilish robust house with modern kitchen and all gear that you might want. A magnificent view from the terrace ( as in the website or better). The bakery within 100 m and the rest of Bellême in walking distance. Very friendly and hospitable host and hostess who helped us to park the car inside the gate and told us we could sit anywhere in the garden. In short: this is what one hopes for.

Good adaptation of an old property. Well furnished and equipped. We enjoyed some of the quirky touches. Convenient parking. The view across the garden was pleasantly rural, As we were late in the year we didn't have a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating. Belleme was just what we hoped for. An interesting town with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Joel was an excellent host - helpful and responsive

Belleme is a cute town, with excellent amenities, and a good spot for day trips to explore (you can reach Normandy, the Loire, even Mont-St-Michel at a push). The house is really lovely, well appointed and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace overlooking a lovely garden. It has everything you need, and is very private and quiet. Strongly recommended.

This was an outstanding gite that was full of character and architectural features which we love. The setting was peaceful with fantastic views and use of the owner's garden. There were plenty of places to sit and enjoy any part of the day, sipping the wines of the region!! Our hosts were magnificent in all aspects. Would happily return to Belleme and re-book this heavenly space.

Very clean,comfortable and well appointed apartment in a charming part of Normandy. Lovely garden setting close to the shops and amenities including a very good fromages.We had lots of great walking around beautiful Belleme, the forests and neighbouring villages amidst the Autumn colours. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Bellême, la maison est située en centre ville parfait pour sortir le soir si l’on souhaite. Les environs sont parfaits pour de la randonnée ou faire du vélo, la ville regorge de boutiques et brocantes, et la maison parfaitement équipée avec un grand jardin et terrasse ideal pour profiter du beau temps et se détendre.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Es ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral in Laufnähe zu den Geschäften. Es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Der Eigentümer Herr Lenoir hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr herzlich. Hilfsbereit versorgte er uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen. In der Umgebung haben wir mehrere außergewöhnliche Gärten besucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkehren. Claudia und Bernd

C'est une maison merveilleuse dans une belle vieille ville dans une région historique avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Les propriétaires sont un couple très amical et serviable avec un bon anglais. This is a marvellous house in a beautiful old town in a historic region with a lot of things to see and do. The owners are a very friendly and helpful couple with good English. Dies ist ein wundervolles Haus in einem schönen alten Städtchen in einer historischen Gegend, in der man eine Menge sehen und unternehmen kann. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Paar, das auch gut englisch spricht.

Joli gîte en pierre avec superbe vue sur la forêt de Bellême, à 2 pas de tous les commerces et des jolies rues bellêmoises. Le gîte est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Excellent accueil de Monsieur Lenoir avec un jus de pommes "maison" délicieux. Est là si besoin cela est appréciable. Adresse que nous conserverons pour un prochain passage sur Bellême

Voici un lieu très agréable refait à neuf avec goût et des matériaux nobles et très bien équipé Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent pour un endroit au calme et très zen. Il manquerait peut-être quelques rideaux dans le salon ou la cuisine mais il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis. A recommander absolument...
