Large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Xirimoia". In the resort 3.5 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: natural garden, orchard, swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase.
