The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

This property is a must see! From booking, check-in, and check-out; the ease of our stay was 10/10! The Coligny Plaza is directly across the street and offers plenty of places to shop and eat. Front door to beach is less than a 3 minute walk and the Tiki Hut down the beach has great live music and drinks. - We cannot wait to book our next vacation on HHI again.

It was not disclosed that the property was under renovation during my stay. Definitely not worth over 300 per night.
