We had a great stay. The property management company is extremely professional and organized, far exceeded my experiences with other rentals. The location is supremely convenient, the beach is right there and so are shops, a grocery store, etc. Attention toddler parents! The trash truck comes by around 7am every day and treats you to a 20 minute show from the balcony, this weirdly became a highlight of our trip. For non toddler parents, I doubt you’ll notice it. The unit was spacious, we easily fit a rented full size crib in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean upon arrival and had some updated furniture so it looks nice. Comfortable seating and good space for family of 3. It was difficult to find our room as property doesn’t have good signage to know where to enter elevators & find room to plan ahead your room location. Use elevator 1 & 2 they’re faster and go to 4th floor. Outside of building looks old and ‘like a prison’ my sons said lol. But inside room it’s clean & nice. My area of complaint would be they need new washer & dryer plus kitchen needs updated oven it was really old & sink & dishwasher need updating. The washer worked poorly and dryer almost ripped up one of my shirts - I only washed towels in it as I didn’t trust it wouldn’t tear stuff. The porch has great ocean view and pretty sunrises, but it can get loud from people walking & loading cars plus landscapers blowers going a lot. If you want peaceful porch then book different room with the view of ponds & pool. Getting to beach wasn’t too hard, just nowhere to keep beach chairs or wagon so we left outside our doors. Our friends stayed in 2 bedrooms on property that had much nicer kitchen cabinets, tiled shower, furniture & appliances and cost only couple hundred more so next time I’ll book their rooms instead. We loved the spa tub and very large bathroom and bedroom plus huge closet so we had plenty of space for one adult & 2 kids. Our fave part of property was the pools, being close to beach and close to great shopping at Coligny plaza, ocean view, and eating Pool Bar Jim’s.
