The Space:
Choose between hanging out at the beach (2 blocks away), having a beverage on your private patio, or relaxing in the lush courtyard with a sparkling community pool that weaves through the property.
Slide open the floor-to-ceiling windows and turn the studio into a breezy indoor-outdoor lounge. Your private balcony overlooks Francisco I. Madero street, — perfect for a slow morning coffee or an evening beverage.
Inside, unwind on a comfy queen bed with blackout curtains and A/C for a great night’s sleep. Settle into the sitting areas (living room + patio) to read, work, or stream on the Smart TV with fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with filtered water, full-sized refrigerator, a 2-burner stovetop, a coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you could need. Thoughtful touches include beach towels and two Tommy Bahama chairs — grab them and go.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire studio to yourself, plus access to the boutique property’s lush courtyard and sparkling community pool that winds through the grounds. A shared Weber gas grill is available by the pool. Entry is via a smart lock at the main entrance. For security and privacy, access is limited to registered guests only.
Guests staying 7+ nights may also use the shared washer and dryer and request a complimentary weekly light cleaning with fresh linens and towels.
The Neighborhood:
Set in Bucerías’ coveted Golden Zone, you’re an easy 2-block walk to golden sandy beach with gentle surf (great for swimming, SUP, and seasonal kiteboarding). Stroll to cafés, excellent restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Don’t miss the Thursday evening Art Walk along Lázaro Cárdenas, and keep an eye out for seasonal whale watching and baby-turtle releases (Dec–Mar). Also, enjoy a great selection of restaurants ranging from upscale to simple & quaint. Don’t forget to try some of the local dishes such as zarandeado-style fish, ceviches, and aguachile!
Getting Around:
Most daily needs are walkable. MariPaz mini-mart is half a block away; Oxxo and a pharmacy are ~4 minutes on foot. There’s plentiful street parking on our quieter street set one block back from the main road. Taxis/Uber are easy, and Bucerías makes a great hub: ~20 min to the airport, 10 min to Nuevo Vallarta, 25 min to Punta Mita, 35 min to downtown Puerto Vallarta or Sayulita.

→ Housekeeping & Laundry: For stays of 7+ nights, guests may request a complimentary weekly light cleaning with fresh linens and towels, plus access to the shared washer and dryer.
→ Beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella are provided.

Lesly was very attentive to our needs during our stay. She addressed our requests for more bottled water, toilet paper and the repair of our broken patio door lock.
