The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Maravilla is a boutique property with only 10 residences, giving it a quiet, intimate atmosphere that guests love. The winding pool, lush landscaping, shared BBQ area, and tropical courtyard create a hidden oasis just steps from the energy of Bucerías’ Golden Zone.

As our valued guest, you have access to the entire condo and all the amenities of Maravilla. Explore the tropical courtyard, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or savor a delicious barbecue on the Weber gas grill. Our main entrance smart lock ensures easy guest access. Please note that access to the condo building is restricted to registered guests for enhanced security and privacy.
Guests staying 7+ nights may also use the shared washer and dryer and request a complimentary weekly light cleaning with fresh linens and towels.

Wonderful location and very well organized with everything needed at hand. Felt very safe and secure. Quiet, relaxing accommodations. Definitely staying there again! See you soon

Had a nice 2 week stay. Bright breezy. All you need.
Pool is small and not much sun, but all you need to cool off.
Wifi is not as strong as it could be, and as you need it for the Roku tv, can be frustrating. But again... for the price!!! Great.

This place is an amazing place to stay very comfortable. Very clean. Nice pool nice community, laundry, barbeque most of the tenants are really nice.
The residents who live downstairs right near the pool, complained about a little splash of water on the concrete, which made no sense to me? My husband went for two swims out of a week stay and the guy whipped out a mop when water was spilled of course when you get out of the pool you’re gonna be dripping everywhere as well so I didn’t really get it and I thought it was really rude and entitled! My laundry soap was stolen my fault I guess I should’ve brought it back up to my room, but it was a pretty secure complex. I a hundred percent recommend anyone staying here is a great place to say, but for the above things mentioned, don’t dripb water near the pool and don’t leave your laundry soap out.😊
