Casita Palms is a 1 bed/1 bath located on the first floor. The casita has a fresh, bright indoor/outdoor floor plan with a large, private patio. The unit has air conditioning throughout, plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen and a heated pool. The master suite contains king-sized bed with attached bathroom and oversized shower. Tres Palmas is made up of five rental casitas.
Tres Palmas is located on the newer side of Bucerias at #43 Francisco I. Madero. We are a 3 minute walk to miles of uninterrupted, beautiful beach and blocks away from many fine restaurants, shops, art galleries and delicious bakeries.
Our casita is colorfully decorated with Mexican flare. Equipped with everything you need from kitchen blender to beach umbrellas. Maid service is provided 2 days a week. In addition to other free services on the property such as laundry facilities, purified drinking water, wireless internet, reading library, 40 flat screen tv with satellite, room safe, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and Weber gas grill.
A three-block stroll away is Bucerias Centro with a lovely gazebo and church in the main plaza. But before you reach the plaza you will pass the artisans market, where you will be dazzled by the array of colorful items before you. Here you will find silver, ceramics, hand-embroidered clothing and so much more.

Great stay at Tres Palmas. The casita was perfect for the 2 of us. The property was cozy and inviting. Very nice outdoor area with a refreshing pool. Lisa is a wonderful host. She greeted us upon arrival and was always available. The property is located close to great restaurants and shops, a very affordable and well stocked convenience store around the corner, and only 2 blocks from the beach. Having said this, keep in mind that the roads and sidewalks are not in the best conditions and can be difficult to manage for someone with mobility issues. We had a great time in Bucerias and we are thankful for the warm reception from the locals, the beautiful scenery, and the delicious food.

The small complex of five rentable units was lovely. It offered peace and quiet, and a refreshing pool to cool off after a very hot beach day. Lisa our host was extremely friendly and always on top of any request. She truly takes time to ensure her quests feel like family.
Thank you for a wonderful place to call home even for a short time.

We were made to feel like family. Excellent location Lisa is a charming and caring host.
Beautiful lush gardens surround the pool which needs to be heated as advertised.
We enjoyed the colourful Mexican colours and the artwork throughout the premises.
We are already booked to return next season. It was a joy to stay in Tres Palmas.

The weather was way more humid than we are used to, but expected as we booked off season. Lisa (the owner) was just great as she helped us with directions and recommendations. The property was beautiful, the product of a lot of work by the two artisan owners. Came as a renter and left as a friend.
