Set in a quiet, gated golf community overlooking the Currituck Sound, this bright retreat pairs resort amenities with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces the whole group can enjoy.
Upstairs, all‑new flooring ties together the open great room, dining area, and kitchen, where large windows frame lovely sound views and glowing sunsets. Relax on the sectional with a movie, cook easy vacation meals in the well‑equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining table to plan beach days or tee times. Step out to the top‑level sun deck or covered porch for morning coffee, evening drinks, and colorful sky views over the marsh and sound.
Downstairs, the entry level has also been updated with new flooring and now features a super cool game room that’s genuinely fun for the whole family.
