Enjoy this newly renovated, spotlessly clean small cottage in center of OOB. Located on a quiet street, it is only a 10 min walk to the Pier. Free onsite parking. Walk down the street to a Lobster Pound and many restaurants and shops. The small cottage has 2 queen beds and a futon. It has 200Mbps+ fast Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs for streaming, comfortable beds, AC, fully equipped kitchen, outside picnic table and BBQ. Total privacy with a private entrance and no shared walls with anyone.

Property was just as expected. It was nice for us.
Only complaint was the grill was broken and we didn’t realize it until after we went and purchased meats for the grill

This unit is a small unit. It was a tight fit, but the point was not to stay inside. The add doesn't share that this is one of 3 small units that share part of a drivs way. Parking was a challenge. Host responded to some messages but not all. Overall it worked for what we needed. I do recommend the host get a smaller coffee table because the cureeent one takes up half the living room.

The fridge had old food in the draws, and the tv in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. The cottage did have a few spiderwebs. However itbwas in a great location!
