Gipsy Ranch Rooms

A lovely place to stay - the pool and kitchen are great. Our room was clean and good value for money. Close to a beach, shop and a food truck collection which was nice. Friendly and attentive family make it a really good relaxing place.

Location close to 2 different towns. You are also next to a good court with about 7 different kinds of foods. The street can get a bit noisy. My last night at 3 or so a sharp sound came from someplace near by but could not identify it at all. Encuentro Beach is about a mile away and it's one of the nicest beaches on this island. Family run so you feel like more a guest of a small inn than anything else. This time of year this region is fairly quiet.

This year they were having construction done on some parts and between that and the weed whacker if you tend to need a nap random hours in the middle of day it's near impossible. Other wise this spot Is quite a nice little place. My sleep pattern means I do sleep mid day sometimes 2 different shifts for 2 hours. Not everyone will have this issue.

I stayed at Gipsy Ranch many times and always love to come back. The place is homey and cosy and the best part are the people that run the place- they make you feel like a part of the family. Definitely recommend!!!

Price was good and location next to main road (transportation options), close to surf beach, 10 min walk.

Kitchen didn't have much utilities, and it was dirty, with insects, also mosquitos everywhere in the room and bathroom - a million of them, not providing protection against mosquitoes.
