This comfortable and beautifully designed 3-room apartment on the mezzanine floor, with approximately 80 m², can accommodate up to 4 people.
It’s just a few steps to the famous Kaiserwiese; beyond it lie the beach, the sea, and your vacation!
You enter the apartment through a spacious entryway. In the entryway, you’ll find a built-in closet for your coats and shoes, a full-length mirror, and a bench to sit on. In the living area of the spacious, light-filled 36-square-meter room, you’ll find a cozy lounge corner: a corner sofa with a récamière function, warm wood tones, and cozy lighting.
This is the perfect place to relax! For multimedia entertainment, you’ll find a Panasonic 42-inch LED HD TV and a LOEWE speaker with Bluetooth and AUX-IN cable connectivity. Stylish white blinds adorn the windows.
The modern white kitchen island, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood (vented to the outside!),
large dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. A filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, and a toaster will help you start your morning off right. Because every day is a Sunday in this apartment, you’ll also have access to high-quality kitchen utensils from WMF and porcelain from Dibbern.
The dining area features a 120x80 cm extendable table, a cozy bench, and designer chairs. The living area includes a cozy lounge corner with a modern TV—the perfect spot to unwind.
The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, features a natural stone floor and creates a cozy atmosphere with its white and warm, earthy tones.
