The living room is bright and decorated in natural colors. There is a dining area in the living room. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the two balconies. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, operated via an app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
