About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the centrally located Haus Sonnenhaken.
From here, it’s just a few meters to the beach promenade or the pedestrian zone. An elevator takes you to the 2nd floor.
Your vacation home, “Sonne 12,” is located on the top floor above. Through the hallway, which offers plenty of space for your coats, you’ll enter the spacious, airy, and sun-drenched living/dining area with access to the south/west-facing balcony. The modern and comfortable living area also features state-of-the-art TV entertainment (LG Smart TV with numerous apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, SkyQ, and many more).
Adjacent to this is a bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a stove with oven, dishwasher, and microwave. In the spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower, you can conveniently dry your bath items. The double bed in the larger bedroom can be converted into two single beds in just a few simple steps. A recamier here serves as a sleeper sofa, providing space for one additional person. Both bedrooms have their own TV.
As our guest, we offer you exclusive Wi-Fi access as well as a telephone. In the basement of the house, you’ll find a coin-operated washer and dryer. Bicycle parking is available in front of the house. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!
