Charming apartment 2 km from Cluny

There are 4 holiday apartments attached to the small chateau. We were in one of two that was in the converted barn. The apartment has lots of space, and is pleasantly furnished. It's a lovely setting. Quiet, surrounded by farmland and in very attractive countryside. The historic town of Cluny is down the road, with lots to offer. And there are chateaux and castles to see within an easy drive. The chateau swimming pool and area was ours to use, and it was a pleasure. There was just one thing that I'm sure should be improved for future visitors. Other visitors often stayed for a few days, but we were staying for two and a half weeks. While there was space and plumbing for a washing machine in the apartment, there was no washing machine. Nor was our apartment cleaned or sheets changed. New visitors might want to check this, as the owners are helpful. It felt like an oversight.
