The house has 2 floors with 2 attic bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a desk and a small dressing room, and reversible air conditioning. The second bedroom has two 90cm beds. A small, well-equipped, attic bathroom with a shower (2m at its highest point and 1.70m at its lowest), sink, and toilet under the eaves. The upper floor comprises the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first floor is a 32m² room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a high table, and six chairs. A balcony with a small table and chairs.
