Yes, our condo at Playa Royale Residences is the nicest and most sought after building in all of Nuevo Vallarta!
The condo, is in the best and most impressive 'Five Star' properties, with exquisite design and incredible gardens, property and beach! Our property manager is there should you need any maintenance within the condo, she also offers airport pick ups. . pre-grocery shopping and local activity bookings

If you stay for a minimum of 1 month: you can access the El Tigre Sports Club membership, for a fee. This regulation has been legislated by the El Tigre Sports Club & administration for all rental guests.
Paradise Mall, Nuevo Vallarta marina, El Tigre championship golf course, Spa Paraiso, Paradise Sports complex and so much more... just a short walk or take our shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 15 minutes!!!

Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes for gourmet meals, a/c in all rooms, hair dryers, and Canadian/USA satellite TV
Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk.
Head downtown by taxi, just outside our door- 20 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes. Enjoy our Sport Club ( gym, Kid's Club, classes, spa, showers, sauna, steam room, tennis, racquetball) for a fee of 18.00 per person with discounts to local restaurants and golfing.
Activities in area: boogie board, swim, snorkel, fish, sail, scuba, horseback and more. 'All of our photos are taken right from our deck' this is the view!! You would be amazed at the great view and spectacular sunsets..
Monthly Rates are available but book soon as we have many guests who return year after year... also have access to one other two bedroom and one bedroom condos in this building

A wonderfully large ensuite bathroom, and great closet space.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and another full ensuite bathroom.
The living room boasts comfortable leather sofa and chairs, t.v Star Choice Satellite newly installed, dvd player & hutch.
The dining suite is very elegant and seats 6-8, with 3 bars stools where guests can sit while someone makes dinner in the open kitchen, supplied with all the amenities.
Our ocean-front deck is spacious with table, chairs and loungers -watch the fantastic sunsets...( wi-fi and internet available in condo) DUE to ever changing external pricing, we cannot accept responsibility for price/policy changes of other services outside of the condo rental Keywords: Condominium

Great location overlooking the ocean. Clean environment, friendly staff who are very accommodating. Everything is at your fingertips.
