About this apartment rental
Our condo is located in Villa Magna, a gated development in Nuevo Vallarta located on the beachfront of beautiful Banderas Bay, one of the world's largest and deepest bay. Nuevo Vallarta beach is the longest and widest in the bay - great for walks, watersports (swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking) and access to jet skiing and para-sailing from the beach. Our ninth floor unit (of 10) has gorgeous views of the bay, Punta de Mita and the Sierra Madre mountains. Enjoy first class pools (incl. infinity) surrounded with lounge chairs. Condo guests can purchase an all inclusive pass and enjoy the amenities offered by Dreams Hotel which include 5 restaurants, spa, gym and kids recreation area access.
Our unit is a roomy four bedroom and four and half bath unit (2300+ sqft) - all bedrooms have a full private bathroom and air-conditioning units with per-room-control. There are views of either the ocean or mountains from all of the bedrooms. The unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, side by size refrigerator, propane BBQ, and whole house water filtration system.
Living/Dining Areas:
Large living and dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. Expansive views from living and dining area, with near wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, bringing the outdoors in. Large 55" LCD TV (stereo DVD/CD) with cable and wired/wireless high-speed Internet access. Dining table with seating for 10.
Kitchen:
Prepare your meals and drinks in our large fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops and bar seating. There is a "whole-unit" water filtration system. Grocery delivery can be arranged or you can purchase groceries at Mega supermarket, Sam's club, and Walmart's (12 min ride by taxi/rental car) or at nearby smaller market in Paradise Village. There is also a Costco market in Puerto Vallarta. Fresh seafood can be purchased at the marina in La Cruz, a short distance north of Bucerias.
Balcony:
Large balcony spans living area, dining area and master suite. 4 comfortable chairs and table + 2 lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor living. Large Weber propane barbeque.
Master Suite:
The master suite has a king size bed with ocean views from the sliding door that opens onto the balcony. Relax in the in-room jacuzzi tub. Large walk-in closet. Equipped with LCD TV (DVD/CD).
Guest Master Bedroom:
King size bed, view of Sierra Madre mountains, large walk-in closet, full bathroom.
Third Bedroom:
Two full size beds, large closet, full bathroom, view of Sierra Madre mountains,
Fourth Bedroom:
Two twin size beds, closet, full bathroom, view of Sierra Madre mountains
There are many local restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and La Cruz. There are also activity centers, golf courses (three local) and Paradise shopping center nearby. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 30 minutes South from the condo. You can get there by car, bus or the water taxi.
Our property manager can assist with your stay and arrange for special services such as: additional cleaning services, food preparation services, grocery delivery, in-room massage, transportation, activities, and more.
There is a $25 per week electric allowance. This is typically adequate as long as doors and windows are closed while AC is on. The unit has ceiling fans in each room and sensors on the doors and windows. The property manager will read the meter at check-in and check-out. For guest staying more than 1 week, you are required to pay for additional cleaning once per week.

Our family of 8 (2 children) had a great time at the beach! The beach was very clean and great for swimming as were the pools. The condo was very nice, had plenty of room, clean, and the kitchen very well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Only a few issues. The water for the jet bathtub in the master bedroom did not work well so it was not usable for us. One of the bedroom air conditioners did not cool as much as we would have liked. Even though the condo is advertised as having whole house water filtration, bottled water was recommend for drinking and only a half of large bottle of filtered water was provided with promise that more would be delivered the next day. The water service never delivered any water and after a day and a half we had to go into town and get it ourselves which was an inconvenience. Otherwise, the condo was as advertised.

Our two‑week stay at this Villa Magna condo was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta.First, the host, Lisa, was outstanding.She was prompt, organized, and incredibly responsive from the moment we booked. When our flights unexpectedly changed and we needed to adjust our arrival by a day, Lisa handled it effortlessly and with genuine care. She checked in with us on arrival and periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect—her hospitality truly went above and beyond.The onsite property manager, Patricia, was equally wonderful. She met us at the condo upon check‑in, walked us through the unit, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. She also checked in from time to time during our stay, which was reassuring and very much appreciated.The condo itself - even better than advertised.The unit is incredibly spacious. The eight floor vantage point had incredible views.We especially loved:- The massive balcony - The FULLY equipped kitchen with everything we needed- Each room well appointed, comfortable beds, and each with it's own bathroom- Each bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, etc- More than enough towelsA truly top-tier experience!

The condo itself was nice. The location has it's challenges. The property is located with the Dreams Hotel & condos. If you want any service, (food, drinks, club access, etc.) you need to purchase bracelets from the dreams hotel, ($95 a day per person. Of course everything in Mexico is negotiable. They want you to tour a property for a lower price) If you don't have a bracelet you pay cash. Not enough lounge chairs, always full. We were kicked out of the pool at 9pm. The condo had a $30 electric credit. If you run the air conditioning you will have to pay the higher electric cost which is expensive. With that said, I'm not a fan of Mexico and the whole let's make a deal game.
