This beautiful development is located on the largest stretch of beach in the bay & consists of 4 towers; towers 1-3 (Villa Magna Condos) & tower 4 (Dreams Resort & Spa). As a condo guest you have access to resort services including: a Spa by Pevonia, gym, wedding planner, business center, internationally themed restaurants, & eclectic bars. (Resort services are charged separately & must be purchased directly from the hotel or spa.) Outside you can relax in the sun alongside one of the 3 large swimming pools featuring a heated adult only pool & shallow kids play area or take a nap under a thatched palapa on the seemingly endless beach.
CONDOMINIUM
This 2333 sq. ft, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor. Master suite features: a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, 65” full HDTV (Cable), walking closet & access to a private balcony with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a walking closet, private bathroom and a 34" flat TV (Cable). The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, 65" full HDTV (Cable), dress and wall closet, private bathroom. The studio (4th bedroom) includes a single bed with a pullover single mattress & a private bathroom.

Our group of 7 stayed in this condo for 9 nights. We had a wonderful time. The location of the property is fantastic and on a wonderful stretch of beach. We loved the condo layout as none of the 4 bedrooms shared walls and everyone felt like they had their own privacy and space. Air conditioning units in each bedroom was nice so everyone could have it set to their liking. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a few small things like measuring cups/spoons, a bbq brush and more dishwasher tabs. The large deck was a huge bonus! We had a view of the beach, pools, sunset and the evening entertainment. Our only complaint is the mattresses. The king mattress wasn’t too bad but the others are hard. If that doesn’t bother you, this place is great!As other reviews have said, we thought there was no hot water. The first night a few of us had cold showers but discovered the water needs to run for several minutes and then you’re good to go!

Six women from all over the US and Canada met and enjoyed this lovely condo for 10 nights. Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. Condo is as pictured (generous in size and perfectly positioned for view). The owners are responsive for repairs. The adjacent resort (Wyndham Alltra) now allows those in Villa Magna to share in restaurants and activities. The view, the pools, the beach were all wonderful (capture your lounge chair early like 5:30 - 6am). The security guys at the entry were helpful with taxis, then we used Uber. Soriana on the main highway for groceries (there are limited items available at the end of the boulevard at Sunset Market in the small shopping mall).We loved the Happy Hour 2-4-1 drinks at the snack shack 3-5 pm. Warmest pool is the one closest to the building 3. There is noise from the entertainment at the resort from 8:30 or so but ends at 10pm.

Out stay was wonderful! Alma and her husband were so accommodating, easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The condo was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful! Hotel connected had a delicious breakfast buffet that we could have for $28 US dollars.
We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return!!

Overall I was a bit leery of renting a VRBOin Mexico over Christmas but Alma and Manuel were awesome to work with. Here are a few of the pros: -Easy to see the nightly entertainment shows from the balcony,- Condo is great for families,-Location is awesome and always felt safe.-Drinks and food by the pool can be paid for by credit card-Pool waiters are awesome. Live on mostly TIPsHere are a few cons:-Beds were rock hard,- Cash only at condo snack bar by the pool-One heated pool out of 4,-No grocery stores within walking distance. -No pack-n-play for infants-Grill igniter did not work,-Restaurants can only be used if you purchase a day pass
