Ideally located just 200 m from La Baule beach, this lovely house opens its doors to you for your next stay in Baule. Its colourful décor and modern style promise you a complete disconnect during your holiday!
Able to accommodate up to 8 people (six adults and two children), it offers everything needed for a successful holiday. The living area, pleasant and bright, is ideal for sharing family moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle), perfect for preparing delicious meals just like at home!
On the sleeping side, you will discover 4 beautiful bedrooms: 3 of them have a king-size bed and the last one is equipped with a queen-size bed. The house also includes two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
Finally, enjoy the pleasant and shaded terrace to have your breakfast before a day at the beach. For your lunches and dinners, you can also make use of the electric plancha.
This rental has a parking space, and you also have the option to park a car in front of the gate.
For even more comfort, you will have a washing machine and a tumble dryer at your disposal.
