Charming semi-detached house in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district in Sarzeau that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room of 36 m² with living room, an open fitted and equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom with two double beds (140*190), a second bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a bathroom with toilet. Outside you can enjoy the terrace and the garden.

Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant up to €4.30 per person per night.
