We loved the really beautiful house and its closeness to some of the day trips we planned to Montrèal and Burlington. The kids loved the lake and couldn’t wait to come back to skip rocks on the water. We had such a great experience and Denis kept the property in great order for us to have a blast. Would definitely come back again both for the beauty of the area and the hospitality!

Its a great house for larger groups, with plenty of room. Plenty of room to park 3 or 4 Trucks/Boats, making it a great house to book for your next fishing trip.

I have been using VRBO for as long as VRBO has been in existence! This was by far one ur best family vaca. It hit all the points! Location, clean best host ever Denis is close by for all your needs. Swimming, kayaking and SUP as well as snorkeling and fishing are just mere yards away. The roominess was spectacular with plenty of space for alone time and family meals and game night. Tv in almost every room. 9 I believe. Covered front and back porches makes watching the occasional summer thunderstorm exhilarating!!! Central air keeps you cool during the hazy hit and humid days! Grocery store 15 minutes away. Small Adirondack towns just minutes away. I can’t say enough about Denis or the Red House Lodge. It’s a completely restored historical home with info provided as to its heritage. 400 ft of water front. Huge sprawling front and back yards with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back next year! Thank you again Denis!!!

This beautiful home located on Lake Champlain did not disappoint! Perfect location with amazing views. We enjoyed peaceful mornings sipping our coffee and looking out on the lake under the covered back porch. Spacious home with comfortable beds. The owner Denis was so kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. This home has a lot of history and we loved how the owner tried to preserve the history with many of the original doors and flooring. You must see this for yourself to appreciate the beauty. We highly recommend this property!
