This 3-bedroom cottage sleeps 5, with 2 queen size beds and a twin bed, full kitchen that is fully equipped, includes a coffee maker as well as a keurig machine, living room with TV, couch, 3 chairs, one bathroom with a shower stall, and screened in front porch located directly on beautiful Lake Champlain. Cottage is at the end of a private road so it is very quiet and peaceful. Includes a propane BBQ grill and Row boat as well as gorgeous sunsets!

The cottage was very nice and right on Lake Champlain. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible when we were there but we made the best of it. Linda was very responsive to all of our needs. She recommended a nice restaurant for my birthday dinner and it was great.

This beautiful cottage was so wonderful... it was so clean, cozy, really comfortable beds, and a perfect sunroom that fully opened with sliding doors, offering a beautiful breeze with a beautiful view of the lake. The location offered a beautiful lawn, right to the lake, with stone steps leading into the water. We deeply appreciated our pup being welcome to stay with us... she loved it too...Our host Linda was so friendly, and always available to us if needed. Great communication. And just a few minutes away, was Maplefields, a convenience store, gas station, offering delicious breakfast sandwiches, pizza, actually anything you need for your stay. We had a wonderful stay... Thank you for sharing your cottage with us... We will be back for sure! :)

Our stay was exceptional—we’d gladly return. The location was ideal, just minutes from parks and local attractions. Positioned right on the water, the property treated us to breathtaking sunsets each evening.
