Experience amazing views of Molokai and Lanai and enjoy fabulous sunsets without leaving your lanai. Relax at the pool as waves splash gently on your feet. Whale season is a dream as you gaze west into one of the most active channels in the islands. Honu, green sea turtles are a regular sighting directly in front of the pool and adjacent sandy beach. Amazing location across from Bad Ass Coffee, Pau Bakery, and next-door to Honokawaii park.

The condo is wonderful, very quiet at night and in the mornings. Nice access to the beach, the host was great. The only thing that I didn't care for was no coffee there in the morning. Other than that I would definitely recommend as a place to stay for others!!

Hale Kai was a wonderfully relaxing condo with the sounds of the ocean waves ever present and the waters edge just 30 yards or so away. We really enjoyed our meals on the deck, watching whales spouting and breaching constantly and reading our books on the poolside loungers overlooking the ocean. Having the wind-shielded Kapalua beach with its fabulous snorkeling and Kaanapali’s beach and whalers village shopping 5-10 minutes away was fantastic. Check in and check out were a breeze and we will look to rent from Jodi again if we return to Maui in a the future.

Love this unit! Is the perfect location and the car is so tropical! The couch is super comfortable to sit on and the patio furniture is really great too. The bed is super comfy. Also, there is a icemaker in the freezer, so that’s a bonus. I would say the only downfall of this unit is there is no oven. But we were staying with other friends that had an oven in their unit so it was not a problem.

Just spent two weeks in paradise. This is a fabulous rental. Kitchen well stocked with spices and appliances, including a rice maker! Bed super comfortable and the pillows the best. I want them for my house! We have stayed at various units at the Hale Kai over the past 10 years and this one was the best.
