About this cottage rental
The rural house Las Eras is a completely new house. It is inside a large garden with swimming pool, shared with the owners of the house, who live in an independent house and separated by a few meters (seen in a photo).
The rural house is composed of two attached modules that can be rented independently or jointly: Las Eras I and II. The first has 3 double bedrooms with their separate bathroom. The rural house Las Eras II has a single double room, also with its bathroom, ideal for couples. This distribution allows 1, 2, 3 or 4 double rooms to be rented, thus adapting to the needs of our guests. Regardless of the number of rooms that are rented, the rest of the rooms (bathrooms, living room, kitchen ...) are independent, that is, they are not shared with other guests.
Casa Las Eras is very close to the town center: 5 minutes on foot, but in a very quiet area, surrounded by a large park (Las Eras Park) and with views of the mountains.

Very nice property inside and out. Enjoyed the views of the Sierra in the morning in the upstairs rental. Hosts were responsive for anything that was needed. Would stay here again.

One of the Best Rural Houses, I have ever stayed at, first was Location; Close to center but far enough away from the noise of everything. Inside it was very spacey as well as great set up for company. Bathroom was one of the biggest I have seen in Europe. The view from Patio is impressive of the Sierra Gredo close by. I highly recommend staying here on any night that I don't have reserved for myself. Owner was friendly and helpful with everything.
Una de las major Casa Rurales que he estado en. Primero es el sitio: Cerca del Centro pedo bastante llejos del ruido de todo. Adentro el sito era grande y bien sito para visita de compania. El Bano es uno de las grande que he visto en Europa. Desde el patio afuera se ve impresionate con la vista de Sierra Gredo cerca. Lo reccomendo estar aqui cualquier tempo menos los dias que yo lo quiero. Los duenos son muy amable y Útil con todo.
