About this cottage rental
The rural house Las Eras is a completely new house. It is inside a large garden with swimming pool, shared with the owners of the house, who live in an independent house and separated by a few meters (seen in a photo).
The rural house is composed of two attached modules that can be rented independently or jointly: Las Eras I and II. The first has 3 double bedrooms with their separate bathroom. The rural house Las Eras II has a single double room, also with its bathroom, ideal for couples. This distribution allows 1, 2, 3 or 4 double rooms to be rented, thus adapting to the needs of our guests. Regardless of the number of rooms that are rented, the rest of the rooms (bathrooms, living room, kitchen ...) are independent, that is, they are not shared with other guests.
Casa Las Eras is very close to the town center: 5 minutes on foot, but in a very quiet area, surrounded by a large park (Las Eras Park) and with views of the mountains.

Very nice property inside and out. Enjoyed the views of the Sierra in the morning in the upstairs rental. Hosts were responsive for anything that was needed. Would stay here again.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy agradable. Alquilamos el apartamento de un dormitorio. Las estancias son amplias y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Además, se puede disfrutar de zona exterior con mesas y sillas y una piscina. Sin duda, volveríamos a alquilar este apartamento. Lo mejor la atención y disposición de Maruja, que fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros.

Hemos vivido una auténtica desconexión que es lo que buscábamos. A destacar la chimenea, un espacio grande y luminoso, un pueblo tranquilo y rutas alrededor. Y si te gusta cocinar, el apartamento tiene una cocina muy completa y muy buena materia prima para comprar en los comercios de la zona.
