Bring the whole group to The Atlantic House, a freshly renovated 5-bedroom New Smyrna Beach home just steps from the sand. The home sleeps 12 and is ideal for family vacations, multi-family trips, wedding weekends, sports/dance weekends, and beach reunions.
You’ll have the entire duplex to yourself, with two separate living areas, two fully stocked kitchens, two laundry areas, private outdoor space, and parking for up to 8 vehicles. This setup works especially well for groups that want to stay together while still having space to spread out.

Upstairs: 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, full bath, half bath, and second-story porch.

This was the CLEANEST VRBO I ever had the pleasure of visiting!! The owners are kind, caring, and honest, no surprises. They allowed early check-in, which was a lifesaver after some family members had a very long drive.
Everyone enjoyed the awesome area, and although chilly, we were happy and cozy indoors! We had a great Thanksgiving Day with our children and grandchildren, a grand reunion and made better by our thoughtful hosts Coleman and

The house was stylishly decorated with modern appliances. The bed mattress were comfortable. There was plenty of common space for us to gather. Check in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact our host because they provided detailed instructions for our stay. The stove burner that was broken in a previous review still hadn't been repaired. Since we were able to use both kitchens, it wasn't a problem. There was a hurricane the week before our stay and the closest beach access was damaged. We were able to walk down the street to access the beach. The staircase outside the house is the only way to get to the upstairs unit. If we had small children it would have been disappointing, but for our group it was fine. It was an excellent stay for adults.
