About this house rental
This newly renovated, beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, 3 custom bathrooms, AC, and an indoor hot tub. It's also dog friendly! It's a great place for a getaway in Vermont, located less than 5 miles from Jay Peak Ski Resort. It's also close to mountain biking and hiking trails, as well as waterfalls. The house can sleep 8-10 people, making it perfect for families, groups, couples, and wedding-goers. The home is bright, clean, and surrounded by Vermont nature. It sits on an acre of land with manicured gardens. It has all the comforts you need for a great getaway, including air conditioning, heated floors in the bathrooms, and a soaking tub. The house is owned by a local couple and their 4 children who rent it out to support their mountain life. The home is designed to be relaxing and stress-free, with a private driveway and plenty of space for parking. When you arrive, you'll see a large covered porch and a spacious entrance with hooks and storage space for your gear.
A new gas heater in the front entrance dries your gear and keeps the house comfortable. The first floor has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen. It features a farmhouse sink, gas stove, fridge, and utensils. The living room has lots of windows, a gas fireplace, and a 46" smart TV. The dining area has large windows and sliding doors that open to the covered back porch. Inside, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people. An indoor hot tub room overlooks the gardens and fits 5 adults comfortably. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed. All beds are extremely comfortable with high quality sheets and pillows.
There is a new washer and dryer on the first floor, along with a custom bathroom that has two shower heads and a concrete sink.
Upstairs is a big master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic mattress, as well as a new master bathroom with heated floors and two rainshower heads. The master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a deck with outdoor seating and views of Jay Peak and the mountains. Another living room is upstairs with a large couch that turns into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a second office desk with sliding doors to the upstairs deck. This living room has a pellet stove that keeps the upstairs warm in the winter. It is a great space for families with children, someone who wants some quiet time, or as a second office for people working from home. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds on custom barn wood bed frames. One room has sliding doors to the deck and the other has large windows overlooking the gardens, sandbox, and playhouse on over an acre of land.
Our 4 bedrooms have furniture, storage, and hooks for your convenience. There's a renovated bathroom with a big tub and towels. Each room has blinds and curtains for privacy. We have been renting our home for 11 years and have received great reviews. Asia Magriby-Palmieri co-owns Palmieri Concrete & Design and offers local adventure guiding services. This was the perfect place for a group of friends to stay for a long ski weekend! The house was gorgeous, check in was easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub (which was very clean and stayed hot well). Even though it was snowing for most of our stay, the plow was very prompt and thorough doing the driveway. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed on VRBO, and the host left a book with a ton of great recommendations for the area. Would stay again!

We had a great time. The house was filled with wonderful toys that my grandchildren enjoyed The kitchen had everything we needed plus more !I would have liked nicer pillows and sheets but it still was a great place to stay. We would come again

We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped.
We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse).
We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.
