About this house rental
Come and enjoy our luxury 5-bed, 4-bath townhouse located on the Grammy Jay. Be the first on the slopes as you head to the Village Chair. Alternatively, you can ski though the woods to the Stateside. At lunchtime, leave your boots and gloves on the wall-mounted dryer while you eat so that they are warm and dry by the time you head back out in the afternoon.
This bright, three-storey 2600 square foot end unit comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a double sink, an espresso/cappuccino machine, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a warming drawer. The dining room table accommodates 8 guests - 14 with extension. The island accommodates 4 more guests.
The open concept living room features a gas fireplace with remote control, a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches.
The townhouse is fully furnished with linens, pillows, blankets, and washer & dryer. It also has an entertainment area with an air hockey table, books, DVDs, card decks and board games. And – of course – Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king-size bed, a reading area and an ensuite bathroom. The guest room on the 2nd floor has two sets of bunk beds and can accommodate 4 people. The room on the main floor can be used as an office or as a guest bedroom thanks to a queen-size Murphy bed. Two rooms downstairs offer either a king-size or a quee-sizen bed. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room downstairs. In addition to the ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor, there is a separate bathroom on each floor - all equipped with large thermostatic showers - no bathtubs.

After a day spent on the hill, at the Ice Haus skating rink or at the magnificent Pump House indoor waterpark, you’ll want to relax by the fireplace while someone in your party prepares a gourmet dinner in the newly renovated kitchen. Or you can simply walk to the Bullwheel Bar on the Stateside or one of the restaurants around the resort.
Meanwhile, you can charge your electric car can in the NEMA 14-50 240 volt outlet located just outside our door.

Observing the total Solar Eclipse with family and taking the last rides down the slopes for the season.
We loved this condo for its comfort and location. Kitchen: well equipped and fun to use; Dining room: lots of comfortable seating with views of Stateside slopes; Living Room with gas fireplace: very comfy seating; Primary Bedroom: comfortable king bed; irresistible sunny reading area with views of slopes; Primary bathroom: oh so good multi spray shower panel; Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk all with comfortable beds; 3 bathrooms: great showers. Family Room: comfy furniture, tv, games, videos, air hockey; washer & dryer; Mudroom: lots of drying space for winter equipment.
This condo is probably the closest to Stateside Slopes.
We would loved to go back.

Perfect house for our large group for a ski weekend. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the extra towels, large kitchen, and warm blankets. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is a great location for ski on ski off. The property is well stocked with all items you may need. Another plus was quiet space for people to relax without having to be in a common area.

We loved our trip at Lydia's condo! The location was amazing - right off the Grammy Jay run. The hosts were very communicative and even left us a little gift bag with some wine upon check in. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We would love to stay here again.
