- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a walk-in closet.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a walk-in closet.
- 1 bathroom with a large 90×90 shower
- Kitchen area with a countertop refrigerator, microwave/toaster oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle (coffee, hot chocolate, and tea provided); a dishwasher and washing machine are available for guests’ use (dish soap and laundry detergent provided).
- In the living room area, you’ll find a 3-seater sofa and an armchair for comfortably watching HD TV.
- Fiber-optic internet connection.
- Portable Bluetooth speaker.
- Mini SNES game console.

If you’re arriving by car, you can park in the free parking spaces in front of the building. It’s very easy to find a spot nearby.
