The house easily accommodates 8 to 10 people, as it has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a cozy living room and a large dining area, the back driveway accommodating two cars. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, the living area has a queen sofa bed, all beds with full linens. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and essentials: towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a washer and dryer in the house that is free to use, as well as laundry detergent and beach towels. High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in every room, cable TV, Keurig K-mini, Drip coffee maker, highchair, Graco playpen, cooler, beach umbrella.

Parking - There are two parking spaces on our driveway you can use, please do not block our neighbors' driveways and do not park on neighbors' grass, we do respect our neighbors and appreciate your understanding!

Cross the street from the house to the Joe Patti’s seafood market and buy some fresh seafood and fresh baked breads and put your culinary skills to work in our new kitchen. Enjoy fresh coffee on the front porch or on the balcony of the master suite with views of the Pensacola Bay and the world famous Joe Patti’s Seafood. Joe Patti’s has become a Pensacola destination for those who seek quality seafood and friendly service, people visit from all around the country.

You can explore the city - there are electronic scoters: Bird, Veo, that can be rented throughout the city. Uber and Lyft are great options for local travel.

You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches in the Gulf Coast - Pensacola beach about 15 min drive depending on the traffic, Perdido Key beach about 25 min drive, or ride the Pensacola Bay Ferry from downtown Pensacola to Pensacola Beach and look for the dolphins. The Pensacola Ferry Service is 1 mile away from our house.

Pensacola has so much to offer, from beautiful white sand beaches to events and festivals throughout the year, like Mardi Grass, Crawfish festival, US Navy Blue Angels Air Show, Arts Festival and many more.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house. Keyless entry! For your peace of mind, the house has security camera system outside the house.

Other things to note:
- No smoking inside the house. We want to keep it super fresh for everyone.
- Please remove shoes upon entry.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events allowed. Penalties for violating our policy will apply.
- Respect our neighbors!
- Check-in after 4PM and Check out by 11AM.
- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each
booking.
- Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be charged. You agree to
pay for any damages you cause to the home.
