About this house rental
Come and enjoy all that Pensacola Florida has to offer in this New Orleans style house. This house is brand new (built 2021) and all the furniture and contents are new too.
Each bedroom as their own full bathroom. The kitchen is a good size and equipped for all your cooking needs.
Fenced in back yard with seating and grill.
We have exterior cameras on the front of house and back yard entrance.
Joe Patties seafood is a minute walk away and a 5 minute drive to downtown where there’s restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is only 15 minute drive away.

I absolutely loved my stay here, 5 stars all the way! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to easily prepare my meals.Traveling with my pup can sometimes be a challenge, but she settled in right away and even had a comfortable spot to go outside, which made such a difference for us.The location was perfect! The beach was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the nearby park with the walking path. The Fish House restaurant was also a highlight, such a great spot!Everything in the home worked perfectly, and the white noise machine was a huge bonus for a great night’s sleep.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I look forward to booking again in the future!

We had a great stay at Oliver's Oasis over the Thanksgiving holiday. Stephanie was very prompt with responding to my questions prior to checking in, and the entire transaction was seamless.

The property was great, the location not so great. Front view was a steel mill and traffic on that road could be heard at all hours in the front/master bedroom.
